A standard load/bag of laundry is $30.00. Weekly subscription service saves you time and money at $28.00 per load. Prices can vary depending on your area.🤗

Our standard load is the size of a full 13 Gallon Kitchen trash bag. This size bag safely holds up to 16 lbs of laundry. That would translate to approximately $1.88 per pound.🤗

Yes. We are all about "service" (and we mean "Full Service"), so of course Pickup and Delivery is included.🤗
To clarify, our Service includes...
Pickup of your dirty laundry
Wash your dirty laundry
Dry your clean laundry
Fold your clean laundry, then
Deliver your fresh clean laundry back to you.

Our minimum charge is just one Load of laundry. You do not have to have a full load to use our service but you will be charged the minimum of one load.🤗

We make this simple. We offer two (2) Premium Detergent Options… You can choose a Scented Detergent or an Unscented Hypo-allergenic Detergent. If you would like to use your own detergent, please include it upon pickup and select that option when placing your order. We will be happy to hold your detergent exclusively for you so that we can use it every time we clean you laundry.  Note: If you desire to supply us with your favorite Detergent, Fabric Softener, and/or Dryer Sheets, we will automatically keep it under your name exclusively for all your future laundry orders. If you want it returned with your clothes, please indicate this on your order in the notes section.🤗

We do not normally add fabric softener in our wash cycle, but we do add a dryer sheet in the tumble dry cycle. If you would like us to add fabric softener into your wash cycle, please include your favorite fabric softener with your clothes upon pickup, and we will be happy to use it for your laundry.  Also, you can indicate this on your order in the notes section.  Note: If you desire to supply us with your favorite Detergent, Fabric Softener, and/or Dryer Sheets, we will automatically keep them under your name exclusively for all your future laundry orders. If you want them returned with your clothes, please indicate this on your order in the notes section.🤗

We do not pretreat stains. You can pretreat them with your favorite chemical/cleaner before we pick up your laundry. We recommend you request “Air/Hang Dry” service for pretreated item(s), since stains dried in heat may bake into clothing if not successfully removed.🤗

In some cases we can accommodate rush/same day service for an additional charge. Please contact us for rush service.🤗

Yes. For your convenience we offer an Automatic Pickup and Delivery. You can setup "Auto Weekly Subscription" when you place your order.  Just make sure to Click "View" under the "Options & Extras" section in the order section when ordering. We will automatically come to Pickup and Deliver within your desired time slot & day of the week, each week until you cancel.  There is No Fee to join the Subscription. In fact, you will save a couple of dollars each week and avoid the need to arrange your laundry pickup.  This subscription option gives your priority time slot and day which saves your time-slot so you cannot get shut out of your desired time and day.  If you would prefer Auto Subscription more frequently, we can come automatically as often as you want. Please contact us for Frequent Auto Subscription options. When you feel you no longer have the need for the Auto Weekly Subscription, you can cancel at anytime.🤗

Yes. This is very common. We offer you three (3) options to do this...🤗
1) You can add money to someones account, or
2) Buy them a Gift Card, or
3) Place them on an automatic subscription.

Yes, of course. We can Wash N Fold them the same as other laundry, OR if you prefer, place them in our Blue Mesh Laundry bag (lingerie bag) for us to clean and dry right in the bag. Items given to us in a blue mesh bag, will be delivered cleaned, unhandled and unfolded in the mesh bag. If you need a blue mesh bag, contact us and we will be happy to deliver one to you free of charge.🤗

Simply click on "Schedule a Pickup" on the top menu and follow the prompts.🤗

We recommend standard 13 gallon tall kitchen garbage bags with flap ties tied sealed (not drawstrings).🤗
a) Fill up this bag with up to 16 pounds of laundry (full bag).
b) Tie the bag top "flap ties" tight so there in no visible opening at the top of your bag. This helps protect your clothes from the elements.
c) Place your bag(s) in a location you indicated on your order.

No. We only do what we do best which is Wash N Fold laundry service.🤗

Some WashNFold.com locations do offer ironing and pressing services. Check in your Service Area.🤗

Tipping is optional and not required but if you feel you would like to tip the person who prepares your clothes and/or the driver, click on View under the "Options & Extras" section when ordering. There you will see a "Gratuity/Tips" heading where you can add your tip in Dollars and Cents.🤗
